plans are shown in Table 4:
3.3 Sheathing process Table 4 Single vertical burning test data
According to the certification requirements, the flame-
retardant air-blowing micro-cable sheathing material
must use high-flame-retardant LSZH material. The most
important part of the sheathing process is the extrusion
stability of the sheath material during the produce process.
The tension of the cable core is basically maintained at
35±5N. Different flame retardant properties and air blowing
properties were studied according to the schemes. In order Fig.2. Single vertical burning schematic
to facilitate the stripping of the cable, two symmetrical tear
cords are added under the outer jacket. Also the smoothness
of the jacket surface will directly affects the air-blowing
performance of the micro-cable.
4 Test result
4.1 Mechanical properties
For the three structural plan A, B and C, the test is carried
out by flattening, stretching, and temperature cycling. The
data is shown in Table 3A.

4.3.2 Light transmittance test
The light transmittance test of the cable is referred to
EN61034-2. The test results of the three schemes are
shown in Table 5:

4.2 Air blowing performance
The air blowing performance of the three structural
schemes A, B and C is tested. The test method refers to the
IEC60794-5 standard. The test results are shown in Table
